GUESTS: Number of guests: the apartment can host a maximum of 6 adults and 2 infants. Infants bassinet, crib and other equipment can be provided, subject to an additional charge if applicable. ID verification: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. HOUSE RULES: We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay: 1. No parties or events allowed 2. No smoking allowed 3. No pets allowed 4. No unregistered guests allowed 5. No commercial activity, including selling of products, photography or filming for commercial use 6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms 7. All cleaning services to be procured through the Host. Housekeeping is mandatory every 3 days (included in rental fee) 8. Please do not water the plants (housekeeping takes care of it) 9. Please respect check-in and check-out times 10. Please don’t rearrange the furniture PORTOPICCOLO RULES: - No barbecues are allowed on the terrace (to avoid smoke causing nuisance to neighbors) - Please respect the noise curfew 11pm to 7am RECOMMENDATIONS: - Do read and follow the house manual to ensure you make the most out of your stay - Please take care of the furnishings. Several items in the house are either delicate or costly to fix or replace, so please do take care as if it was your home. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. In particular the following items / surfaces are very delicate: - master-bedroom bed is in leather and as such it is very delicate - living-room cupboard surface is in hand-burnished brass - sauna is in natural cider Please be considerate in using them to avoid damage and costly reparations / substitution. - Do not attempt to clean the apartment with any products. A number of items and surfaces are delicate and this may result in permanent damage. Housekeeping will be carried out every 3 days is included in the rental. Should you require additional housekeeping, please refer to the host or to the housekeeping company at the following number [number] (Italian-speaking only). - After using the terrace / overnight, kindly ensure that the parasol is closed and any pillows or cushions are either covered by the waterproof cover, or under the terrace shade. Portopiccolo’s weather is often unpredictable and strong wind and storms may cause serious damage. - While Portopiccolo is generally safe, do make sure that windows and doors are closed at night or leaving the residence. - Please take extra care of your keys, badges and tags. Each lost item incur a replacement fee.
